Yes. Due to weather, operational, or security reasons, the complex may close before the scheduled time.
No. Entrance tickets are purchased at the time of the tour. Vouchers purchased through travel agencies are not valid as entrance tickets; they must be exchanged for an entrance ticket at one of our sales points.

No. Ascending and descending by cable car, as well as entering the complex, are completely prohibited with animals.
Yes. People with a Disability Certificate can ascend free of charge. It is mandatory that they be accompanied by a companion, who will receive a discounted fare.
Yes. You are allowed to bring food and drinks. However, consuming them inside the cable car cabins is not permitted.
Once at the summit, you can ask our staff which areas are designated for eating.
The entrance fee includes the ascent and descent by cable car, access to all the facilities of the complex located at the summit of Cerro Otto and visitor assistance from our staff.
We accept cash (Argentine pesos and US dollars, please check the exchange rate at the time of payment), debit cards and credit cards.
No. Once you leave the complex, re-entry with the same ticket is not permitted.
The cable car's operation is subject to weather and operational conditions. In case of strong winds, storms, or conditions that compromise safety, the service may be temporarily suspended. If service is suspended, our staff will inform you of the procedures in place at the time of your visit.

You can purchase your ticket and ascend until the closing time of our sales points. Once at the summit, you have unlimited time to stay until the resort's closing time.
